Dear all My Gurjeshwaron...........VEER GURJAR & GURJARI
As per my proposal and discussion with dear Veer Gurjar Ashok Harsana , I am giving a propsal to form a VEER GURJAR MAHASABHA on net. Firstly we wiil do work virtually then we will come forward to found it on ground. I hope you all my dear Gurjars and Gurjari will give me support and accept my proposal .
My humble request to all my youth Gurjars including all officials, Engineers, doctors, businessman and from other professions to make success for this forum.
We have lots of organizations in district , block, tehsil level. But the actual work which should be done by these organisation is not completed. These all organisation looks in light ocassionally. Thats why we are failed to prove our majority, and nobody take us seriously.
We are not going for a political organisation, we also want that Gurjar should be in every political party. Then we will be in power always.
In Veer Gurjar Mahasabha every person belongs to Gurjar community will be a Gurjar first then he may be any designation of any party.
Ashok Bhai and other Gurjars brothers and sisters please come forward to make this organization.
Lots of views and suggestions should be come from my every Gurjar.
This is my proposal on desk now,my Veer Gurjar will decide the rest of thing.
one hand in one hand become thousands of hand,
We will have to form a chain of Veer Gurjars.
Make arrange some time for Gurjar community.
Your five minutes will be always a precious thing for whole Gurjar community.
Lets start from yourself and present the ideal example to other Gurjar.

I am a gujjar from Delhi.
Well from my point of view, I think the main problem that's stopping us to move forward, is the rivalry between our gujjar brothers. I have heard most of the times that in gujjars, "GUJJAR HI GUJJAR KO MARTA HAI". Friends just leave this thing and see where our community will go.

Thank for this initiative. we have to go really far from here. lets try and do omething really good for our community. But all the planning and Decisions will be taken with everyone's consent.... Dear Bhai Ashok, Sachin and Arun , Harish
I also agree with you all.
We should take a step for our community development for maximum heights.
We should make a chain of email address. With the help of this we can keep in touch each other.
Everybody do your work and job first, then come for a social work for our community.
You all know the money is the big problem for us.
If we go to our Dhan kubers, they may give us donation or may not. But how we will give them a explanations for our work for Gurjar community.
So make some plan to meet each other in live. Fix a once in a month for meeting, Make list of our youth Veer Gurjars, who will attend this meeting regularly,
Ashok ji you please do this work to invite for this programme using your website.
The venue of the meeting in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut ,Faridabad should also be decided.
We should get ready to face lots of hurdles in starting, but we will take guidelines from our elders and other educated Gurjar personalities.
Lets start on ground now.

Where is all Veer Gurjar Community
Nobody is here to give their precious opinion. Still we are standing there where we started.
This is the thing, thats why we couldnt give 100% to our society. We dont think any duty to our community. We just do our work, and rest of the things will do unknown people of gurjar community.
Nobody wants to take care, nobody wants to bother the position of Gurjar community.
If one person is poor.........become rich then he forget to think about gurjar . A new politician talk about gurjar, but when become leader, then dont give time to poor Gurjar, he wants salute from everyone, he dont think that he is there bcoz of that gurjar.
Just two three people are here to thinking serious for our Great veer Gurjar community.
Still in hope............................
But waiting for that day when our stars will be in position to light.

I am a new member on board at present in UK but basically from Haridwar. I had once an e-conversation with Ashok. I am happy that you have not lost your hope. Let me remind you ROME WAS NOT BUILT IN A DAY. So do not worry let us do some of the ground work. Decide our priority list and work on that .
We need to work and bring all Gurjars together regardless of our religion, nationality etc...
You are right in stating that we have many Gurjar Organisations scattered world over and working independently, to what extent they are effective we do not know. But we can work in uniting all these organisations, so that we all work in tandem. Today we can communicate easily , thanks to technology. The next thing off course is education and I am proud to confirm that our community is at last awakening to this fact and many families are sending their girls for higher education. But even now not all of of our community know about their GREAT, GLORIOUS AND IMPERIAL PAST, even today many of our brother take pride in proclaiming themselves associated with Dacoits, which was a false propaganda created by British against our community because we were the greatest threat to their rule. I have always tried to educate by fellow brothers and relatives.
Also I would like to know your real name and hear from you soon .

Dear members and guest of this forum
I urged to all respected gurjar people to made a Gurjar Mahasabha, which should not be followed with any religion or state bar.
It may be virtual platform on intial statrting then we may go for reality.
As per today scenario , one umbrella organization is essential to our caste, otherwise nobody will recognize us in future, we have to show our strenghten on reality ground, then others will do respect our seriously views .
This will happen only after one umbrella non political organization, who will responsible for all cultural and educational development of this great Gurjar community. It may promote the strong gurjr politicians in politics , but will not participate in any party or forum. Its status will be autonomus and non political, but it will take all important decisions to make strong the community.
I will respect all views and critics from my Gurjar brothers n sisters to form the Mahasabha
earliest as possible .

Its really long long time to listen you here, Please keep in touch with this forum, atleast with the help of this forum we people can feel united on virtual ground, and can form a group on the reality ground too.
I really miss the views and suggestions from your side.
Please keep writing , as you know , The writing power is biggest than sword.
We Gurjars are seeing the power of pen, Historians wrote everything wrong about it, They ignored our Golden glorious period after Gupta's , they wrote only one paragraph for us in history just discussed about King Bhoja or Mihir Bhoj. But we had 12 kings.
So we can better understand the power of writing (Pen).
So dont feel tired, if we born in Gurjar family, then we will have to work whole life for this Great Gurjar community.
I hope i and rest of viewers of this forum will listen from your side soo.

We have one more website as a platform to communicate: gurjarsonline.com . it is also same as this one and is a contribution from one another gurjar- Manvindra Adhana.
We have many such independent attempts at different levels for our Great Community. If we can make use of this new technology and bring all such big and small organizations or individuals and synergise our efforts and work to-wards a common path or goals, we make a big difference in a short time.

Hi all !
It is good to learn that we have started ignoring the unfortunate comments and started focussing on the core community issues. Lets pray to the almighty to give us enough confidence and courage to improve upon our standing in the society - educationally, socially and politically.
I think that improving the educational level depends more on individual approach, though community can play its role to the extent by providing scholarships, rewards, hostels, etc to the deserving talents in the society. But again much will depend on one's own hardwork and sincereity towards his/her goal.
But to gain political importance is something different. It can never be individual in approach. It can only be through collective efforts. In the today's political system, its only the collective vote bank pressure tactics which can work as a pressure group to the different political parties. If it can be impressed upon that Gurjars vote as a group after taking intellegent decisions, then I am sure we will have a greater say in the politics in future. But for this some concrete and credible leadership must come forward in the community. This leadership must be totally dedicated to the community without any lineage/inclination towards any particular political party. This leadership should have power to issue "FATWAs" in favour of a particular candidate in a particular election. And most importantly the community should abide by the FATWA. If we can show to the political parties that we can vote enmass and enbloc as a community like jats, muslims, etc then only we can be listened in the future. Otherwise we will be kept ignored by them. So my suggestion to the elites and the intellects in the community is to come forward with such a leadership.
I think if we improve upon educationally and politically, then our social stature is bound to improve.
In the end I must congratulate Veer Gurgereshwar for initiating the discussion on basic/core issues.

I m manoj from jaipur (Rajasthan) i m seeing this website first time and feeling great.
Dear frnds We the people of Rajasthan moving a revolution against the state govt. to enter in reservation of Scheduled Tribe (S.T.). because in the all of the rural areas of rajasthan our gurjar community in very poor and illeteral position. as u know in J&K and Himachal Pradesh and many other states we are already in S.T. and it is very necessary to improve the Rajsthan's rural gurjars position.
as you know we are very backward in the Rajasthan rest of rural areas in every field. our gurjar brothers need reservation of Scheduled Tribe to do progress in academic, political, economic and all the fields.
As the central govt. official letter, we need the recommendation by the Raj. state govt. to enter in S.T. but there an other Caste Called "Meena" those are already in S.T., protest our caste. they don't want share S.T. reservation with Gurjars of Rajasthan. they know if gurjars came in S.T. then all of the monopoly of Meenas in ST reservation ended and on the power of Reservatoin the Meenas have about 30-33 MLA in Assembly of Raj. out total 200 MLAs and all of these MLAs and the caste meena protest our revolution.
although, as u know on 3 sept.06 at Hindon Railway STation, Rajasthan, we protested very loudly and noisly and destroy 1-2 Kilometers railway track among the demonstration and govt. now looking positive but with the protest of Meenas there is again a problem in our reservation.
Plz. give ur useful advise to got the ST reservation in Rajasthan.

I am unnder the impression that probably Gujjars in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal are included in Scheduled Caste list. I am not confident about it. Ashokji or A P Singhji would like to substantiate?

Gujjars are nowhere in Schedule Caste. They come under Schedule tribe. Note it, Schedule tribe or Schedule caste are totally different aspects. You can not confuse SC with ST. There are many castes which fall under OBC or ST in various states but are General in other states Like Gujjars, Jats and Rajputs) while SCs fall under he same category in almost every state of India.
Gujjars should try their level best to 'grab this opportunity' to get listed in ST in Rajasthan. It will help them a lot in their upliftment.

I am not an authority on this issue nor I intend to do so. Hence request you not to associate my name with this issue. I personally will always expect my Gujjar brothers to suceed without reservation which they are capable of. Every body get 24 hours of time and no body get less and no body get more. If others can succeed without reservation why not we?
Now comig to the point and to the best of my knowledge, at one or the other place in India each and every caste is listed in ST category. For example Jonsar babar, a place near Dehra Dun the whole area is listed as ST and eveybody irrespective of his caste is ST there. I have heared that in some of the district like Jhalawad the Gujjars are really in bad situation and need to be included in ST category but even without this also I am sure that many Gujjars are capable of excelling at individual level.
As far as the Gujjar protest in Rajasthan is concerned it may have a political angle to create a rift and divide the votes of Gujjars and Meenas which may effect the out come of Duasa seat.

I am sorry, I was not trying to associate anybody's name with any particaular issue. It was just that I was soliciting information over the issue as I thought that you and Ashokji might be knowing more than an average Gurjar like me. But, yes as a natural corollary to provide information, one would like comment over the issue also. But believe me that it was not my intention to involve you in any politics.
