Sood is not Gurjar.
Sood is a Punjabi Trader caste found in south punjab distt of ludhiana, sangrur etc.

Sood is not Gurjar. Sood is a Punjabi Trader caste found in south punjab distt of ludhiana, sangrur etc. Vij Bro, There are few villages of Sood Gurjars in Rewari district of Haryana. ShyoLal Sood was the president of Gurjar mahasabha from that area. Though, I am not sure about the caste of "Sonu Sood" mentioned by OP Rawat Ji but the Actor Sonu Sood (Dabang fame) belongs to Valmiki community. |

Sonu Sood was born on 30th July 1974 and brought up in Moga, Punjab
and friends he is not a gurjar .
yes there are sood gurjars not only in haryana they are having many villages in MADHYA PARDESH near indore i have been in that area that area is gurjar dominated aea.

i have an information to share with you all ... this is what published in mumbai's leading newspaper DNA... www.dnaindia.com/india/slideshow_famous-gurjars-who-made-it-big_1168098#topit clearly states that ARJUN RAMPAL, AKSHAY KUMAR are gujjars ....and the list includes vallabh bhai patel,rajesh pilot,sachin pilot.... i dont think it was a printing error... !! and i dont know y people of our own community are not ready to accept this ... atleast after this one should stop talking about the cast of these stars .. they are gujjars.... and if not we need an apology from DNA... not to include punjabi's and brahmins in our clan..
