Hi Ashok,
I was talking about Thakurs alternaive word for rajputs.In pakistan most big name of rajput is Rana Phool of Patoki, Kasur.He was hit by a Gujjar ch.Shahab din in presence of his community.He was really an iron man.Whole district Kasur praise his bravery in difficulty conditions.Another rajput Roy Hasan Nawaz District Co-ordinator of District Sahiwal was hit by a slap By Ch.Saeed Gujjar MNA from Cheechawatni,Sahiwal.Any one can still listen the echo of that historical slap in Sahiwal.FazlaGujjar an owneroftwo acress of land murdeered in a Fair mela a rajput of sixty square of land.When he had going after muder cetainly he listened the words that "still alive".He turned back and put his knife again and went to his home and told his sons that "Go pick your father I have murderd him".He was poisioed in jail trough an injection.In short I have never seen them brave than Gujjar anywhere.

what you are saying as bravery from one view point can also be a suicidal tendency of pak gurjar from other view point.
I agree Gurjar are powerful and do not bow before to anyone but we are in 21 century and these days physical power is not as important as mental power.
If Gurjar want to rule / dominate the other caste people they need to be more practical and educative.
These days are of soft power ( dominate culturewise,)and not hard power (physical)

ONE THING THAT I WANNA SHARE TO YOU ALL THAT DONT TRY TO MAKE RELATIONS TO OTHERS. WE ARE THE BEST BREED OF THE WORLD AND WE SHOULD BE VERY PROUD OF THAT. TODAY ATLEAT IN DELHI WHAT IS A RAJPUT ? I TELL YOU NAI HAVE BECOME RAJPUTS DHOBI ,TELI GADARIYASAND MANY OHTERS ARE RAJPUTS TODAY EVEN IN DEHI CITY THESE TYPES OF RAJPUTS CONSITUTES MORE THAN 60-70% OF TOTAL SO CALLED RAJPUTS. AND DEAR BRO YOU HAVE SHOWN THEM (WHO SAYS THEY ARE REAL)THEIR AUKAT. THEN THERE IS NO NEED TO PRAISE THESE nuts PEOPLES.
WE GURJARS WERE GREAT ,WE STILL ARE GREAT AND WIL BE GREAT . AND THE FUTURE WILL PROVE THIS. EVEN IF THE PERSON WHO GOT SOMETHING IN SOCIETY WONT DICTATE THEMSELVES AS PITY RAJPUTS. WILL THESE GURJARS WILL SAY ANOTHERS FATHERS AS THERES.
SO FIGHT WITH THE DIFFICULTIES AND WE WILL WIN AS ITS DUE TO THE BLOOD THAT IS FLOWING IN OURS IN VEINS.
AS GURJARS ALWAYS ROSE AGAIN AND AGAIN.
DEAR AP JI SIR PLEASE DO SOMETHING DO CONNECT THE GURJARS LIVING BEYOND 500KM FROM DELHI. EVEN IN ALL STATES THET ARE NEGLECTED.AND NOT IN MAIN STREAM .
ALL THE PERSONS CONNECTED ON THIS FORUM ARE AROUND 90% FROM DELHI NCR.
ATLEAST WE ALL SHOULD CONNECTED TO THIS PARTICULAR MEDIA....

Why Indian media shows the Thakurs as God.They have not left any kind of space for else.Not even a landlord a dacoit also shown as Thakur.Gujjar Badshah's upper posts of 21st Dec are really the fact.Why Indian media promote them? Who are these Thakurs are they really like this? I also have not seen brave than Gujjars? Even Pathan and pujabi Jats who are against the Gujjars Accepts the high class quality of the bravery of the Gujjars? No doubt, They are brave too but such kind of DEHSHAT(Terror) like Pathan praise in these kind of words that" Gujjar aa gaya Bhago"(Here Gujjar comes, Run).Jat also says that "Dehshat sirf gujjron Ki"(Terror is only an adjective of Gujjars). Gujjars hve changed so much but still I dont Know why people are so much afraid of Gujjars especislly in Lahore.I also have heard from Mazhar that Gujjars of Haryna, UP and especially of Delhi are also like the are like the Gujjars of Lahore.If they are really like "Omkara" than Indian Media is still going behind the word of Thakur? Is it still a secret the rellity of them?

Dear Gujjar Badshah,
I India there two kind of Thakurs. One is barber Thakur and other is Rajput Thakur. Most of the Gujjar and Jat villages have only have Barber Thakurs.
These Barber Thakurs serves the Gujjars and Jats in marraiages. Recently I was attaending a marraige party in my family. the role of Barber Thakur here is to serve to fill the chilam ( for Hukkah, a device thrugh which the tobaccao smoke is taken after filtering throgh water). Also the prepare the bedding for others.
They get lot money in return as both the parties pay them money on different rituals. In this marriage I remember that Brahmin called both the parties ( Bride and Groom family) to call their Thakurs. (He did not make a distinction which Thakur he was calling).
In Bhind Murena the Gujjars also call themselves as Gujjar Thakur. Mohar Singh was a Gujjar Thakur of Pratihar Gotra to which Samrat Mihir Bhoja the Great belonged.
I fact Thakur was a title like Chaudhary during Mughal period and this title can be found among all the people like Gujjars, Jats, Brahmins etc. but only Rajput and Barbers it is used commonly.

In Punjabi villages, Pakistan Barber are called Rajas and their sevice is same like you have write.In area of Mohar Singh there are also Parihar Thakurs like a dacoit recently killed namely Jeevan Parihar by police.He was enemy of Salim Gujjar.Is it sure Mohar Singh is a Gujjar becaude in none site he is a written as Gujjar but in one place he is written as Thakur.Are Thakurs really like they are shown in films and TV plays.They not let any kind of space in media for others not even as a dacoit who are also shown as Thakur.Are they really like this?

Read it bhaijaan:
There are 8 lac Rajputs (thakurs) in Delhi (that comes out to be 5% of Delhi's total population). Gujjars are less than 4.5 Lacs while jaats are around 5.5 Lacs.
But you will find only Gujjars in Delhi, they are everywhere. They are in politics (7 out of 70 MLAs, 30 councilors out of 280) with more than 30% basic leaders being Gujjars), transportation (80% buses and trucks etc belong to them), Property dealers and developers, they are into colleges (almost every second college in DU is dominated by them and current President of DUSU is Manoj Chaudhry a Gujjar, they are in sports (Two Gujjars in delhi Ranji team Yogesh nagar and Parvinder Awana Plus captain of Delhi;s under 14 qand under 16 teams are Gujjars as well) etc etc.
And believe me "being a Gujjar is like a distinction in Delhi". Half of your work is considered done if u r a Gujjar. No one "Means NO ONE would dare to face you if u r a gujjar ( or even if u know a Gujjar well).
And You think Rajputs have BALLS. They are out of focus brother, their era is gone. No one would give u a d**n if u r a Rajput, u will be traeted like a baniya. With the population of 8 Lacs they have no famous leader, they are no where in power and property.
In Madhya pradesh also, Gujjars are much less in population as compared to Rajputs but still they are too strong to Rajputs.

Dear Gujjar Badshah, Mohar Singh and Nirbhay Singh both were Gujjars. Nirbhay Singh was a spoilt child since he lost jis father in his childhood whereas Mohar Singh was a reknowned wrestler and made a dacoit by circumstances to take the revenge of of the insult of his father. In India Chauhan, Chandels, Parihars etc, are aseparate caste s also and they are not either Gujjar or Rajput. Seema Parihar, the keep of Nirbhay Gujjar was not a Gujjar but either was a Rajput Parihar or Parihar caste. Apart from Gujjar Pratihar there are Meena Parihar also living in Rajasthan . Gujjar Pratihars are different and belong to Royal clan of Gujjar of Pratihars Gotra and are direct descendents of the Great Emperors like Nagabahtta the Great and Mihir Bhoja the Great.Mohar Singh just after his surrender wished to fight an Election for MP from Meerut from a Gujjar Dominated area. The person who insulted his father ( Dacoit, Gabbar Singh, on whose life the Sholay is made) was also a Gujjar. Mohar Singh is a Gujjar of Padihar Gotra and not a Khaki Padihar or Rajput Padihar and is also an Elected representative from Bhind a Gujjar Dominated areas. Some People even today take the advantage of his name to include him among Rajputs since he is the most respected person in Dacoit History of Chambal and also a respected Gentleman politician today living a peaceful life. |
