Thank you Bashir Bhai, We wish all the best for your school to achieve the highest results in the current boards of examinations. Mazhar Bhai, we understand your feelings and youn are eager to meet your brothern this side of border and we sure that in near future our relations with Pakistan will be normal and we would be able to extend inviations to each other. Presently the situation is not that normal to invite to each other otherwise the invited guests unnecessarily may render into such problems which can be beyond the control of ordinary people like us. Please see the following news which will clarify my this point of view:
New Delhi, Aug 4: Displaying a rare courtesy, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Thursday apologized to prominent Pakistani human rights activist Asma Jehangir whose hotel room here was searched by police without any warrant.
Singh, who knows Jehangir, spoke to her and personally apologised for any inconvenience caused to her, Prime Minister's media adviser Sanjaya Baru said.
It was explained that there was heightened security at the moment and police were on high alert.
Jehangir, who is part of a Pakistani delegation to discuss human rights violations in South Asian countries, said she had checked into a hotel in Sundar Nagar in South Delhi on Monday.
Shortly thereafter, police had "barged" into their rooms and started going through their luggage and other belongings, she said.
When contacted, DCP (South) Anil Shukla said ahead of Independence Day, it was "routine checking" conducted in hotels and restaurants.
He said the hotel owner had informed that some foreigners were staying in his hotel. No inconvenience was caused to them, he said.

Dear friends,
It is heartening to read your messages on this forum. Yes, there are many Rajput Muslims, who also share the Great Gurjar heritage, in India and Pakistan. But they are unknown to each other due to their new and current identities such as being Rajputs e.g. There is a Muslim Sipahi community in Gujarat and Maharashtra, who share this Gurjar heritage. They have common surnames such as Chauhan, Solanki, Parmar, Pawar as well as Shaikh, Pathan, Qureshi, Khan etc.
So there is a need to reach out to each other and share knowledge, expertise and resources for the improvement of the community. There are many groups within the Gurjar community in many countries who are reduced to the status of a backward community and who are struggling without proper employment and without minimum basic necessities. At the same time, we are living in an era of globalization, where humanity is one global community of which we are just a small part.
So we need to share the global responsibility of being good human beings and interact with each other for the betterment of the humankind. We all are followers of one Supreme God who is understood by each one of us in a specific manner which may be different in name but is the same in the spirit. We all share the same human values and principles that is at the core of each and every religion. We share the same spaceship Earth that is home to all of us!
So let us unite, and work for peace to prevail so that there is all round sustainable development of all communities world wide. At all levels, discuss and debate issues and resolve them peacefully. Say no to violence and war. Although we have been traditionally a warrior community, now is the time for using our strengths to shape a peaceful world. We are constructive and creative people!
Hope to hear from you all in near future! Keep up the good work!
Ameen. Tathaastu.

Dear prof akhtar chauhan sb, i ffelt much pleausre to read your sensible and advisable post on thia forum. sir gujjars are vast minded people and its our history that we think more for others than ourself. naturaly we have king like nature and good king think for their people more than himself. but this time infact we r not kings. kings r the people who r not king naturaly so they think more for himself more than others. I have read in many books which have not been written by the gujjars, that the economicaly ,socialy and politicaly bad condition of gujjars is bcoz of their sympathy and loyality for their homeland. in every old gazetter and books tell us that the enemies of subcontinent ( indo pak) were the real enemies of gujjars. bcoz the gujjars were defenders of country. bohat see qurbanion key baad desh ajad hoa. iss desh mein unn logon koo jinhoon ney iss key leay qurbani dee releif milna chaheay thaa. lekin kia releif mila? ?? demands key badley nihatey gujjaroon pur golian. joo duty dushman injam deta raha woo duty ab unkey ghulam adda kur rahey hain. aap globalization kee baat kur rahey hain. yey baatein bilkul sahee hain magar bhookey key leay globalization woo global chapatee hai joo ussey ajad desh mein bohat mushkil sey miltee hai. i m not opposing ur thinkings but i m saying that my community is also part of this global world. if i think and do something better for my community its also service of the betterment of global world. sir dont mind on my comments. you r a professor and much respectable and intelligent than me. please write in this forum for our guidance and knowledge. also give ur brief introduction. whats ur borne place. mumbai or other area of india. mazhar gujjar lahore pakistan

Dear Mr. Chauhan,
I did my Graduation in Electronics and Communication Enginering and could not get a chance to enhance my education up to Ph.D. Level.
Personally I prefer not to resond to questions regarding any living personality including myself and am interested only in finding the truth and writing about our Great Ancestors so that all their present day desendents irrespectiveof religions, castes and creeds can be benefited by this knowlegde.
