I am amazed what the govt. is doing in this regard. Even I am not agree with the decision of Honorble court's decision. If the reservation can't be more than 50% then why it is 67% in Tamilnadu??
If our consitution says that the reservation can't be morethan for a period of 10 years after that it should be revised according to the sitution, none of the two in applicable in the case of MEENA's in Rajasthan, why the court don't says anything about that.
I honor the desion of the honorable court and respect of the consitution of India but this decision of the court is enfluenced by the politics (I think so)

Gurjars of Rajasthan are being fooled every time by the political parties........strangely the Highcourt of Rajasthan ignored the fact that Gurjars of Rajasthan have been recognised as one of the most backward lot of the society by Kaka Kalelkar commission, Lokur Committee, Mandal Commission(please note that Jats were not included by B.P. Mandal as backwards) and recently by Chopra Committee......One should not forget that in India there is no process of recruitment of Judges by competition and they are selected on the basis of recommendations at different levels........the decision is clearly an example of interference by political masters (the decision has come in response of a letter written by one G SHARMA to the High court which was treated as a petition .........is the judiciary active so much in other matters also).......Gujars have to create a political pressure and should learn the art of political blackmailing........where are the "Congress backed satta ke dalaal" who were very active during Vasundhara Raje Government...........these satta ke Dalaal have weakened the agitation at every stage.........the community should back Col Bainsla by every possible means through out Nothern India........(Are NCR Gujars listening).......Gujars should identify "Ranga Siyaar" within the community and should learn from Jats & Meenas how they became OBC & ST respectively by creating political pressure group..........!!!

The truth is that except the state of Jammu and Kashmir , Gurjar of no other state in India have been able to capitalise their votes so that any political advantage comes to them because of their numerical strength.
Only J&K Gurjar have always kept the pressure on State Govt and the result is that Gurjars of J&K have gained strength politically and educationally the most compared to all other states. Gurjar of J&K pressurised the Govt to open a separate University in Rajouri and the VC of that Univ is also a Gurjar.
But in the case of Rajasthan and the major factor in Rajasthan is that Gurjar of this state have become politically active after a very long time which is because of the various factors. Moreover the political thekedar of Gurjar in Rajasthan are too selfish and feudal that they are themselves not able to reach a common platform of understanding among thmeselves.
Gurjar of Jammu Kashmir are far more active in pressurising the State Govt for the various schemes for their upliftment there and the result is that Sonia and Rahul Gandhi had gone to open the Gurjar cultural centre in Jammu and declared that they are proud of Gurjar
Rajasthan Gurjar are now pushed between the Jat and the Meena both strong community and having presence in the administration.
But Gurjar leaders who took an active part in last agitations like Prahlad Gunjal , Atar Singh Bhadana , had been defeated and they are now sitting quiet. Sachin Pilot is still maturing.

The Gurjar should not back down and fight for the division of the OBC quota into two categories so that forward among OBC like Jat, Yadav get one and the other category like Gurjar, Rabari get another .
The wealthy Gurjar of NCR like Bidhuri, Bhadana, Pilots and owner of Paras Dairy ( Surendra Nagar) should give all help and money to fight the cases of Gurjar and getting the State OBC commission to bifurcate the OBC quota.

Besides, even small groups of 20-25 may raise the issue and support the demand of Gujars of Rajasthan in peaceful demonstrations which can be noticed by the media at village / town / city and metro level from J& K, UP, MP, Hariyana and NCR in particular............the youth may assemble in schools, colleges, university and support the demand.......for example candle march, small groups holding banners etc.........the media may be persued to write articles justifying demand of Gujars.........the political leaders (irrespective of party affiliations) may lead the Gujars of their area in demonstrations............the leaders of other state may issue statements in media and can go to the agitation site for moral boost up of the agitators...........an all party delegation of leaders may meet to Soniya Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi justifying the claim............!!

In its report dated 10/05/2007 submitted to Government of India, Justice Rangnath Mishra Commission has categorically observed about Meena & Jats of Rajasthan that : Page 66: “The procedure adopted for ‘inclusion’ has been unduly easy specially in the case of OBCs and has had little to do with the social and economic backwardness of these included. Both at the Central level and in States instances can be cited to establish that political considerations have largely guided ‘inclusions’. The dynamics for inclusion suggests that whether it be ‘Jats’ contingencies arising out of political compulsions have guided inclusion rather than the concern for the backward or the need for reaching out to that segment of the community. The lack of a system to regularly assess the impact on castes, tribes or classes enlisted of schemes and programme under implementation, to exclude categories either wrongly included in the list or no longer being eligible, has further complicated the situation. Non-exclusion of the ineligible has marginalised the poorest and most backward amongst various categories including the minorities. It is little wonder, therefore that the tensions between groups are increasing and the demand for exclusion of the ‘creamy layer’ is gaining ground amongst all groups." Page 132 : “Reservation did not provide equal opportunities within each group/community to all of beneficiaries. Consequently, different castes and tribes within a group/ community have not benefited from reservation equally. Almost in all categories of beneficiaries among Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or other Backward Classes and minorities, there is a growing sense of deprivation amongst different categories, which is leading to internal dissension. ………… Similar accusations have been made against the Meena community by other Scheduled Tribes. Problems of this kind are manifold in the case of Other Backward Classes as in each State there are dominant groups, usually with economic and political clout, who reap the benefits of reservations. Jats in Rajasthan, which despite their dominant status have been, clubbed as backward classes eligible for benefits under reservations. For these reasons, reservation has become a contentious issue today, more so when it is applied to Other Backward Classes." Gujars have to learn a lot.............
