The Kumhars ( Potters) were probably powerful during the dayus of Gujjar Empire. During the days of Gujjar Solanki king Kumarpal, one of them ( from the Kumhars) was made the Governor of Chittor. After sacking of Allat the Gujjars of Guhila Gotra were expelled from Chittor by the Gujjar Parmars. Later Chittor came in control of Gujjar Solankis of Patan.
God Devnarayan is worshipped everywhere by averybody. In north India people does not even know that they are worshhiping God Dev Narayan after the Dussehra. It is only after the awakening of the God ( Dev) the marriages start being performed among people infulenced by the Gujjar culture.

Dear Ashok ji Thank you very much to respond on such points. I really appriciate your efforts for this great Gurjar Community. Whenever i participate in debates or discussion, i always describe that Gurjar is not a caste, but its a Culture. No caste od india has having its own customs, language, ornaments, music and GOd. 1. Our language is Gurjari 2. Ornaments are still famous as Gurjari Haar and Gurjari kada.\ 3. Music is still popular and sung by various famous classic singers ::: Raag Gurjari 4. The Organisation of Gurjar Rules was Gurjar Mandal and formed by Gurjar King Prithvi Raj Chauhan.Delhi was formed by King Anang Pal tanwar and Village Anang Pur still there. But we never highlight all this on any forum or meetings. Writing and describe here is o.k. But Gurjar has information on Gujjar wikipedia. Wikipedia is read by large internet communities. Gujjar Wikipedia : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GujjarAnd we dont provide or write any information regarding above discussed points in Gujjar Wikipedia. Ashok ji and A.P. Singh ji As you working for Samrat Mihir Bhoj Marg NH-24, Please make some additions in Gujjar Wikipedia with above information. Please add pictures of Sardar Patel, Mihir Bhoj Mahan and Prithvi Raj Chauhan on Gujjar Wikipedia Regards and thanx Veer Gurjeshwar Jai Gurjar Kshatriya Jai Gurjar Land

As For Vaish (Baniya) People ideal is Maharaja Agarsen, Kayastha Community presents Maharaja Chitragupt as their Role Model, For Brahmins Rishi Bhardwaj and Vashisth, For Tyagis Vishwamitra is their role model. Why We Gurjars dont have Samrat Mihir Bhoja mahan as our Role Model. Why Harshvardhan and Ashoka was so famous in compare to Mihir Bhoj. Bur on the other fact Historians says that Gurjara Pratihar dynasty time was Golden era particulary under the rule of Samrat Mihir Bhoja. Today We people and Government didnt recognize Samrat mihir Bhoja as Great King? ??Why? Because of our own Leadership and community. We are here at bottom because we dont respect our ancestors. If someone from us get big chair in society or in politics, think big from rest of community. That fellow dont talk to community as he dont make time for its own Gurjar community..............This is shameful but truth. Otherwise since Sahib Singh Verma to this time NH-24 Samrat Mihir Bhoj Marg is no where. In Gujjar Wikipedia Some Muslim Gurjars are making efforts and providing more informations with references. But This is not enough. Please look to Jat Wikipedia, So many People contributing on that Wiki and providing Pictures or portraits of our Great Kings and Personalities. Why we should not. We should contribut on Wiki and provide every information with references including our Great People, Rulers, Our Palaces, Our Culture, Monuments, Music, Language and God. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kshatriya Veer Gurjeshwar
