Gotra: Harsana or Harshane
Occupation: Real Estate Agent, Gurgaon.
Village Name: Bandhwari, Gurgaon, Haryana
Main Gotras in Village: Harsana, Koli (Dhama or Dayma), Rawal, Baisoya.
Name of at least 5 Nerarby (Gurjar) Villages: Mandi(tanwar), Jaunapur (Ambate), Dera (Tanwar), Valiyavas (Harsana), Gual Pahari (Tanwar), Maangar (Harsana), FatehPur Beri (Tanwar)

I think there should be some additional informations like age, married/unmarried, contact/mail address, etc. This will also serve other purposes like matrimonials, etc.
