The state govt did not support the Gurjar cause properly in the Court , this is absolutely clear and this Govt is not any better for Gurjar than the previous BJP Govt this is also very clear.
Whatever Gehlot may say regarding collection of data for presenting the case in the court one thing is clear that that data will also be thrown away by the court as that also will have lot of loopholes. The only authentic data which the courts will accept is tahe data of Registratr of Census of India.
The other communities like Gadia Lohar , Rabari are nomads and they move to the other states like Gujarat, MP and their data will not be collected properly and it is not so easy to collect the data of Gurjars also.
Moreover if we see in election majority of Gurjar are pro Congress not only in Rajasthan but in many other states. Naturally the Gurjars expected the Congress to find some solution to the problem, but this Govt which has Gehlot (Saini) as CM is no better than Vasundhra Raje.
The Only Gurjar Minister in the Govt , Jitendra Singh who belongs to Jhunjhunu District is no better than earlier ministers like Nathu Singh and Kalu Lal in the previous BJP Govt.

Gehlot is a weak CM and he is all the time worried about his kursi so thinking that he will help the Gurjars is a dream.
Gehlot is a Saini and besides him only 3 other MLA are Saini in Rajasthan. Gehlot main worry is that if this agitation is prolonged than he may be shifted out by Congress High Command and maybe a Jat will be made the CM.
Gehlot Govt had all the data from Chopra Commission and previous commissions to present the Gurjar case well before the High Court but they did not prepare their home work and all the time try to fool the Gurjars.
Gehlot Govt could also have said that in Case of Jat OBC reservation in 1999 no data was presented and Jat were given OBC status as a special case. Mandal Commission has not recommended the Jat for OBC and no quantifiable data was collected for Jats while giving them reservation in Rajasthan. Why did the Court allow the Jat reservation in OBC without any data

The eastern districts of Dholpur, Karauli, Dausa, Tonk, Sawai Madhopur, Kota, Bundi, Baran, Jhalawar, do not have a single Gurjar MLA and about 40 % of the Rajasthan Gurjar are residing in these Districts.
It is in this area the 90 % Meena ST is located and the ST status has brought lot of opportunity to them but not to the Gurjar.
These districts are known as the DANG (Hilly)area and the Gurjar are located in the inaccesible area in these regions. The Gurjar are located near the Ravines, Mountains, Plateau region, Forests and the development has not reached the Gurjar of this region.
Thatwhy the agitation and anger is more intense in this region and all the agitation start from here everytime.
The Dang region Gurjar are said to be most Hardy and the life is really tough in the Dang region.

Rajasthan State did not produce a strong Gurjar leadership inspite of huge number of Gurjar residing in all the districts and the politics their all the time revoved around Jat- Brahman- Meena- Rajput Caste.
So the sudden rise and consolidation of the Gurjar community came as a shock to the Rajasthan leaders and politicians.
Gurjar population is huge in eastern and south eastern parts of Rajasthan but Gurjar could not dominate the politics and no Gurjar achieved recognition outside Rajasthan except the Former Lt Governor of Pondicherry and Minister in Rajasthan, Govind Singh Gurjar who belonged to Nasirabad in Ajmer Distt.
If any power to Gurjars had reached in Rajasthan it was to the Gurjar of Dausa because of the political leadeship of Rajesh Pilot (Bidhuri) and he was succesful as a MP from there starting from 1984 and he brought lot of development and welfare schemes to the Dausa Area.
No Meena could become MP from Dausa till it was the General seat and it was only after it became an ST seat that Meena could become an MP from there.
Now Col Bainsla who belong to the DANG region is providing the consolidation of the Gurjar community

The Rajasthan Govt should bifurcate the OBC Quota and give 5 % qouta out of the 21 % OBC Qouta and for this the state Govt is capable by itself
The Rajasthan Govt , if it thinks it believes in the sociality, equality of the constitution of India should give the quota to the needy ( Gurjar ) and should not fear from the other caste like Jat
Jat caste is capturing all the posts in the OBC quota almost 99 % in some cases and all the other OBC caste are getting marginalised.
If the OBC quaota is bifurcated than the limit of 50 % will not be exceeded and the state govt should not wait for any one
The other states in India like Bihar, UP , haryana all have bifurcated the OBC quota in their states than why cannot the Rajasthan Govt do the bifurcation.
Haryana has two category of OBC, one is A category and the other is the B category

Gehlot and other Congressman should be pressurised to give 5 % Quota within the existing 21 % OBC Quota and should not take Gurjar Lightly which they are taking till now.

Like its predecessor, Congress, in Rajasthan is playing politics with Gujjars, everyone knows that the state govt. is able to provide special quota within the reserved limit (51%). But Gehlot being a cunning CM is not allowing Gujjars to get this benefit so that the other castes like Jats and Meenas do not get annoyed.
I do not think that the Gujjars of rajasthan can get this reservation without the help of Gujjars of Delhi n other states. Govt. is sleeping like always......Another "[glow=red,2,300]National Shame[/glow]" can open their eyes

Gehlot Saini is questioning the genuineness of the Gurjar Agitation and is telling all the media that this is a BJP sponsored Agitation. He is ignoring the plight of Gurjars He also said that Gurjar do not have any demand and he cannot do anything as High Court does not allow. Gehlot is the worst enemy of Gurjar. He even tells the media that there are two groups of Gurjar sitting divided on the tracks at Pilupura. www.rajasthanpatrika.com/news/home-page/12292010/jaipur/98933
