please give your ideas to improve our great community...
and also follow them not a hardly & forcibly but its your choice....

1 education
2 Stop drinking , smoking...etc
3 Spend less money in marriage
4 help poor family for girls education & marriage

ya mr. Poswal ji i m also wid u...
we have to deeply think over the education....
and by posting these posts on this site is not a solution for these problems.. I think there must be an NGO of gurjars by which we can help, suggest a better way to improve the education and a programme must be started to eliminate dowry from our system.. these things can only be achieved by forming an NGO. along with youth as a member of NGO gurjar sardari must be there in order to a better support....

ya dear u might be correct...
but it is vry difficult to convey a message from such site/forum because no. of members on this forum is pretty less..
so dats why we have to do sumthing by which we can directly communicate with large no. of our community members and it can be made possible by forming an NGO..
its my personal thinking...

education is very important to all , mla mp of caste should unite where ever they are, unity should be there. Not to quarrel with each other, thinking should be like this, whoso ever hold good post should help others,

Right Guys,
THE FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT THING GUJJARS NEED IS EDUCATION.
Rest other things like political presence, unity and power are secondary issues and will be achieved automatically once we are well educated.
Narender Ji, there should be an NGO, but you can not form an NGO working for the betterment of a particular caste (as per Govt Rules).
I have an NGO in contact named "Navkriti Foundation", working for the child right protection. The state commissioner (Haryana & Punjab) of National Commission for Protection of Child Right (NCPCR) is very closely known to me and on my request he is willing to work for the betterment of Gujjars by providing them with better education opportunities, enrich local secondary (senior secondary schools in Gujjar villages or nearby) with technical equipment needed for education (Computers etc.). He has a good hold on over '17000' schools in Haryana, with constitutional powers to question the Directer of Education and instruct him to get the desired work done.
Lets sum up the schools which fall within the Gujjar areas in Haryana and note down the points or things which are needed for the betterment of the school and making sure if the teachers are working well etc.
Apart from that we should ensure that every child is going to school in every Gujjar village.
We can also inspire the children of these schools studying in higher classes to opt for best courses which will have more value in the coming future.
We are over 1200 members on this forum and we have fairly enough visitors (between 400 to 800 per day) coming to our site.
We can start with Gurgaon (Haryana), as an initiative. As you all know we need to take the first step to move forward and reach somewhere.

education is the only thing by which the condition of gurjars can improve in our country..
i am alwaz wid u sir for the betterment of our caste bcz when we enter in the professional world then we realizes that we are far behind from other castes...

like in these condition

> if usase koi hard subject(science) nahi pass ho he h to padai chodane ki jagah use saral subject(art) lena chahiye or usaki family or use dono ko motivate karna chahiya
> if agar koi sports me good player h to ushe sports ko age badana chahiye naki keval ghar -gali tak simit nahi kar na chahiye
example : sariska (alwar) ke pahado par gujariya bhari -bhari uja lekar 2mint me pahad par upar nicha ajati h bina thake..
or vaha par gurjar boy swimming me expert hote h jo sariska jil me asani se gote lagate h jaha (bina surakhacha ke sarkari swimmer bhi jane se mana karte h )

my son Rahul Nagar, who is currently studying in IIT Delhi, B.Tech computer science in 4th semester has selected in summer interenship by AAlto university Finland. He will going to Helsinki, Finland for 2 months, Finland govt will pay him scholarshil 1844.5 euro per month i.e. Rs. 1.27 Lac per month and about 1000 euro for transportation etc.He is one of seven students selected from all over the world and from India he is alone and that is a Gurjar.So it is an achievement by a Gurjar.
