there should be more than 35 gujjar parshad (Councilors)this time.

Last time we had 32 (or 33) Gujjar councilors. This was a very good share out of total 272 (Considering the total Gujjar population in Delhi being just 3% i.e. 5.5 Lacs).
3% Gujjars had a striking 12% share in MCD. But this time there can not be more than 25 Gujjars in MCD. This is due to the reservation of 50% seats in favour of females. Gujjars are still shy and do not bring their women in front. This is the reason that Gujjars were not keen to ask for a ticket in this election.
BTW
A young Gujjar (just 26 years old), named Mahender Chaudhary (Gairathi Gotra) is contesting from Mehrauli area (on the ticket of Congress), He is taking on three times Councilor from Mehrauli (one time Mayor) Satbeer Singh a Jat from Mehrauli.
Everyone who knows a single person in Mehrauli is requested to contact their known ones and tell them to vote in favour of Mahender Chaudhary.
We wish all Gujjar contenders to win with a huge margin in their area. All the very best.
