Fist time I heard about Col. Bainsla in year 2006 in UP West. People were saying that a Fauji from Rajasthan is touring Gurjar dominated areas / tehsils in Northern India. Now everybody knows about him. Being a Gurjar , we appreciate the sensitivity he has for the fellow Gurjars in Rajasthan and wants to give them their 'HAQ". But his strategy has not yielded any results so far. He and his fellow Faujis who are spear heading GASS(Gurjar arakshan Sangarsh Samiti) are very good organisers on the ground and can mobilise the people fast and have mastered the art of logistics management. But year after year, Col Bainsla calls for agitation in the May and they control the tracks and all the trains in Kota division are diverted. The Rajasthan govt treats it all this as a law and order problem and does not do anything till the issue blows in national media. The end result is also the same. Gurjars first refuse to talk and then talk and Raje does the sweet talk and they all return to their village / towns and after vacating the tracks thinking that some action will be taken by the Govt. But nothing happens and they again show their resentment the next year.
This is a repetitive predictable strategy that is being practiced by the Col and other Retd Gurjar Majors / Brigadiers who are present at Piukapura, Bayana Distt Bharatpur.This is no show and this must end.
The matter is in the court and the solution will also come from there. Preesntly Rajasthan has 13 Gurjar MLA out of 200 , that is 6.5% that is around the same percentage as their population which is 8 %. Out of this 10 MLA are of BJP. it is the duty of these MLA and the cabinet minister H S Bhadana to see that the Govt takes suitable legal action while presenting the Gurjar case in the court.
Till date i doubt the intentions of the rajasthan state govt in strongly advocating in favour of Gurjars in the High court. Their main counsel even does not have time to attend the hearings. Whether it is Gehlot / Raje both have not done their work sincerely. It is high time Gurjars understand who is their enemy and who is their friend. Till that time every politician / so called Gurjar Leaders will try to make fool of the innocent Rajasthan Gurjars.

Raje - rajastha CM, her daughter in law Niharika is from Samthar state (Jhansi) ruled by Gurjars till 1947. Samthar was a 11 gun salute princely state of central India during the British Raj. Niharika father , Shri Ranjit Singh is Ex MP and UP Home Minsiter(congress).
Col Bainsla - Belongs to Distt Karauli. Agitated against BJP govt but again fought as BJP candidate from Sawai Madhopur in 2009 MP elections. Lost to Namo Narain Meena of congress by only 200 votes. Left BJP . His daugher is Income Tax Commissioner. and two sons are senior officers in the Indian Army.
