*My intention is not to spread any hatred for other communities but to develop more harmony among my own people with a positive message. Peace!
Many times I've seen people comparing with other castes, mainly Rajputs, Jats, Ahirs, etc. But according to me and what I have observed and experienced, such comparison is not fair and is baseless.
The main condition for any comparison between two people or groups is the equality of resources, which we all know is never possible in a country like ours. So, allow me to share my thoughts over this.
1.Rajputs
The main reason for us comparing ourselves to the so called "Thakurs" be the common surnames found between the two communities. Mainy times people ask me by looking at my surname Chauhan(I'm a Kalshan!) "Thakur hai tu? Konse gaon ka hai?" But to their vain, the reply that they get is, "Nahi. GUURJAR hu!"
Anyways, coming back, what I believe is that there is no point of comparing Gurjars and Rajputs and the latter enjoying various advantages that we don't and thus being called as the "Unchi Jati" than us.
-Population:
It is a clearly known fact that Rajputs have a population vastly outnumbering ours. Let me cite a few instances:
Uttarakhand- 35%
Himachal Pradesh- 33%
UP- 7-8%
Bihar- 10%
Rajasthan-5.6%
etc.

It may seems easy but populations makes huge difference in the dominance of a community which I will explain later.
-British Favors:
This is not needed to be explained by me. All of us know how the Rajputs princely states favored the British and arranged leisure activities for British officers such as hunting(Killing mother India's wildlife heritage in today's language). As a result they got their lands and kingdoms retained and all the luxury kept with themselves.
-Plus, most of the Rajputs are big landowners which they got from their ancestors, and the British support. Such advantages ain't so common with Gurjars, eh?
Instances of Hatred:
-I once saw the interview of Daku Jagjeevan Parihar saying he intended to kill all Gurjar dacoits and he's made new factions for it comprising of upper caste men only.(Perhaps he got disrespected by Nirbhay Singh at some moment in life)
-I've seen Rajput social media pages and websites claiming Gurjars gotras to be from illegitimate children of Rajput kings and Samrat Mihir Bhoj's name being stolen by the Gurjars.
2.Jats
When it comes to rivalry between castes, no one forgets our dear brothers, the Jats, many of whom have a sour relationship with us. Comparison with Jats is not fair either. Although I can't deny that we must learn from the drastic development that they have made, from Untouchables to Shudras to Zamindars and now one of the dominant castes.(I don't say this, I read it somewhere)
-Population:
The greatest advantage that the Jats enjoy is their huge population share being 8.25 crores as what I've read from articles of Hindustan Times, The TOI and The Hindu. Population primarily affects politics and leaders which affect the every phase of life in a country like India. For example, Lucknow Airport and Meerut University didn't get their names altered on Ch Charan Singh's because Samajwadi leaders had a deep affection for the Jats, it's because of their vote share.
Plus, their concentrated population in Haryana gives them the unmatched advantage in all fields and departments there.
-British Favors:
When it comes to talk about Jats, no Gurjar forgets the truth what his grandfather must've told him. Well known fact it is what happened but I do not wish to say it again and go back to history. Live in the present, work for the present, be the present. But still, whatever happened, did cost us a lot which we ought to get back, not by fighting, but by working hard and supporting each other.
-Corrupt Politics:
We all know what have all been the government job selection criteria in Haryana for most seats. This much is much more than enough to make a community dominant and super rich like how they are.
Plus, there is a reason why Mr KP Singh(DLF) and Mr Sameer Gehlot(IndiaBulls), the two richest of all Jats became so by their businesses originating and developing in Haryana onlly.
Instances of Hatred:
-1857 Revolt, Jats attacking Gurjar rebels.
-Gurjar and Jat fights in Delhi University.
-Jats attacking Gurjar and Saini village during Jat Reservation Agitation.

3.Meenas
I personally don't know much about the Meenas but what I've heard in that in Rajasthan there is rivalry among Gurjars and Meenas. Again, the comparison is not right as for them being a tribe and enjoying the tremendous ST reservation benefits. We're a caste, and I don't find us on equal platforms.
Instances of Hatred:
During the Gurjar Agitation of Rajasthan, at many instances the Meenas collided with the Gurjars violently from their side first with weapons resulting into several injuries and deaths. This just to avoid any hurdle in the free reservation benefits they get without actually deserving it now after when they've got uplifted enough.

4.Yadavs/Ahirs
Gurjars and Yadavs don't share much dispute except in GB Nagar district or Noida.
-Population
Again, the Yadavs have this population advantage against us which changes the entire game.
UP- 10%
Bihar- 15%
Haryana- 10%
and their stretch goes till Andra Pradesh while we extend only till northern Maharashtra.
-Corrupt Politics
I believe everyone is aware of the corrupt caste politics that members of Mulayam Singh Yadav and Lalu Prasad Yadav's parties have been playing for many years. Every time when these parties form the government the entire scene changes to being dominated by one caste in every single field and department. Mass recruitment, transfer and posting, nepotism, police favors are common and known to all.
Instances of Hatred:
-Street fights in Noida.
And let me explain what all role population can play. Let's suppose a community A with population 1000 has a majority in a state B. The politician elected is from community A then. Out of the 1000 people he gets 100 all the benefits of the developments happening by doing partiality. The 100 get all the money and resources from this development. The progeny of those 100 which would obviously number much more than "100" get all the resources right from the birth and develop into rich people through these. And bingo! The community has become rich and dominant now.
As an honest citizen I totally oppose this!
X--------X
There are various positive things also that we can learn from the communities I talked about:
Rajputs- Not being jealous of each other and not fighting each other like they did in history and lost to the Afghans and the Mughals.
Jats- Unified voting and being happy about our own people's achievements.
Yadavs- Supporting each other in all phases.
And Meenas? They know nothing but to attack Gurjars suddenly and get jobs through reservation.
The reason why I'm sharing these instances of hatred is to make the readers realize the importance of our brotherhood. If we don't stand with each other at times of such difficulties, then who will?
And it must be clear from the points written above that there is no point of comparing ourselves with other communities and wasting our head and time. Instead, we must work for our own betterment by our brotherhood and working in the right direction.
Thank you!
