Hello Brother,
I have been watching very closely that you are quite actively working on wiki to improve the articles related to Gujjar community. Your contribution for us is really appreciable.
The solution to the problem you mentioned is to save the correct article to ur PC and keep updating the same, time to time. A few people from Rajput community are indulged in manipulting all Indian history in favor of their caste. They are afraid of the truth and origin of their community. They are very active in this misinformation campaign and regularly keep posting to various forums and blogs. Interestingly, they are getting paid for the same.
SO, We have to keep the main articles of wiki updated.
You please keep up the good work and try to be regular to our forum.
Best Regards
Ashok Harsana

Hi ap ji nd harshana ji Could you provide some info pertaining to nagari gurjaras along with references. It's need not to be inline source.I just need name of the book, author, page no. nd publisher.I have read ur earlier posts pertaing to Nagaris and abt udai singh nagari but i need references to keep this article alive on wikipedia. I don't know abt other states but in rajasthan, thr is nothing written in text books abt us.Even Gurjara pratiharas were written as "pratihara" in rbse text books .Though i m too young to say anything but our oraganisations must do something to include these things in text books. In case of pratiharas every historian of repute has accepted that they were Gurjaras. The whole history is written on bardic tradition.Bards can portrait a traitor as patriot if one feeds them.James tod has proved himself a perfect bard. thanks Dear Chhora, Your both the queries have been answered at the thread Origin of Gujjar Pratihars1. My last post confirms both the facts with references that Udaipur was ruled by Nagari Gujjar. Rawal Udai Singh Nagari was the last ruler of Udai Pur. 2. Also it gives the reference that Uadipur was not ruled by seesodia rajputs, the descendents of Rana Sanga. I think there can not be a better historical evidence if the fact is proved from the both the sides. I have given concrete and original references that Gujjar Pratihar Emperors were Gujjars.

Dear Chhora, Dadda I and II was a Gujjar Raja of a different kingdom. He is nowhere reffered as a Gujjar of Pratihar Gotra. The recorded Hostory of Gujjar Pratihars rule start from Nagabhatta-I, Vatsraja, Nagabhatta II and Rambhadra. Dear Chhora, 1. Presently Harishchadra Brahmin is to be removed from the title of Gurjara Pratihara. He was a Pratihari ( gatekeeper) of Gujjar Enemy Rashtrakuts and was not Gujjar Pratihars. harishchandra ( His kannada name was pallampelli) was probably made a ruler after Gujjar confederation under Gujjar solankis were defeated in Gujarat by Arab and rashtrakuta combined forces.harishchandra brahmin can be placed in the catagory of pratihari and not with Gujjar Pratihars. He was never called a Gujjar pratihar.
2. Dashrat Sharma was wrong that Gurjara is not a tribe. He was born and broughtup during sdalvery period of the country and like Col. todd saw a rajput in every ruler of India Dashrath Sharma saw a brahmin in every ruler of India. dashrath Sharma was proved wrong that Imperial Gujjars Pratihars of Kannauj were not Gujjars by Pampa, a kanarese poet when he called Gurjar pratihar Samrat Mahipal as Gurjar Raja.
3. Moreover Gujjar Pratihars and their fuedatories can not be rajputs since rajput word is not reffered even once till 12th. century and till British period for rulers ( when they adopted title like raja). Before that they were Governors of Muslims and never ever were allowed to use the title Raja. In British regime Raja was like a rank (similar to raibahadur ) among their vassals which could be purchased by paying money.
